In general, we would have, I think, a more collective, representative world. Women, at least in my experience, are more apt to listen, gather input, and consider alternatives. Men are more power-driven, and more apt to want to be in control without regard for others.

People who seek power seem to often be those who should not be trusted with it.

I believe that is human nature, not merely the nature of XY individuals.

It’s really hard to know, simply because most situations historically where women were in charge were still within the framework of an overall patriarchy. And they modeled the way men had ruled in order to stay in power.

Idk, I met some nasty women in my life. It depends on their level of regard for others and thirst for power. Unfortunately, it's usually those who only have their own best interest in mind who are the most driven to fight for leading positions.
