@dale74 it’s like pulling teeth to get my guys to wear them. I want to try those retractable lanyards. Got any suggestions? Hate working around those ropes

@Quoththeraven all we have on this job site is retractable 30 ft and I think some 50 foot. We're about 40 foot up from the floor of the factory the lanyards kicked in at about 6 ft when they fell

No. I avoid the sun as much as possible. It’s already damaged my skin from years of living in a hot climate. The last time I was on the beach, in 2019, I wore a tee-shirt and shorts, and stayed in the shade of a beach umbrella. I have to get my tan from a bottle or a spray, if I want one.
