Religious SWeeps, how do you feel when others use faith to justify abhorrent behavior?

@Straylight The Amazing Atheist talked about this effect a little; religion doesn't necessarily "cause" people to be evil in practice, but it's definitely a shortcut to a bad idea. If you wanna support say, homophobia as an atheist, you have to come up with some pseudo-scientific or pseudo-philosophical justification, which is vulnerable to refutation. If you wanna support homophobia as a Christian, all you need to do is come up with a homophobic interpretation of the Bible. And no one can prove your interpretation wrong because it's subjective.

@PervertedPrincessOfDeath I think it needs to be clear that this comment represents a small minority of crazy and/or evil people.
