I believe I treat women as individuals, and, if ever I failed to do so, it was either unconscious on my part or let both myself and her down. I certainly don't think of females as lesser than men, and I believe that society-- and the world-- as a whole won't become significantly better and less confrontational until: 1) more women are in positions of influence (I am avoiding the word "power" because I believe the traditional emphasis on power has been the root of many of our problems); and 2) women can achieve those positions without having to adopt (and too often internalize) traditionally male styles and tactics. In other words, even more than we need more women involved in decision-making, we need more Venus and less Mars.
My marcro view aside, on a personal level, I think it fair to say that I've had more female than male friends, over the years. In a few cases, they were "friends with benefits," and, in more cases, former lovers with whom I remained on good terms, but, mostly, platonic friends. In fact, some of my most trusted friends have been lesbians. I guess you could say that I think that the "battle of the sexes" always has been stupid, since we ought to be on strive to be on the same side (and the closer we come to achieving that, the better our lives become)..

I don't don't know a lot of people. Everyone I do know though I treat equally.
Now having said that, not everyone has the same experiences. There are some people that do have more experience and others that don't have as much experiences, as I have.
I have lived a very full life though. And have a lot of experiences that some never had.
I admit though that only women can have certain experiences.
It's the experiences that matter the most.

Absolutely I do. I treat everyone as an equal until they prove otherwise. I recognize everyone’s unique strengths and abilities. Each is different and useful in their own way.

I don't know if it's a black and white issue but I tend to treat women the same way as I treat men in certain areas. Like business or friendships. But I recognize biology. Men and women aren't the same."Equality" has layers.

My opinion on this would probably catch me alot of backlash so in order to keep it simple - I am a woman so yes, I treat other women as equals.

@Tumbleweed And those guys who are all soft and sympathetic, but deep down it's all an act and they're half a sex predator.
Tumbleweed · F
@Allelse Very true.

I wouldn't insult them by saying they were my equal. They are superior in almost every way. The smartest person I ever knew was a young lady who worked for me.
I treat people as people, their sex, race, religion doesn't matter.
