That’s difficult. When you’ve finally been zapped by your energy from the energy vampires of the world. I usually go for a long walk. After the long walk some kind of fruit for a snack. Some water. This is where I give up on being productive and indulge in random YouTube videos until something helps me refocus. Can take awhile though. So I also catch up on sending messages to my discord peeps, catch up with my online gaming friends, call family I haven’t talked to in awhile. If I do decide to play a game I pick super simple stuff that I don’t really plan on ever finishing. Such as phone app game I’ll delete after a day or simple farming games I got for the switch for a few dollars. Eventually the SnapBack occurs after going through all the steps.
