No you can't, the system is rigged. It's not about genuinely helping people, it's about getting rich and making rich men richer.

New answer.... YES!..I can, I try to put money into my savings account every month. That's for a good cause! 😁. I'm raising money (so to speak) for me so i don't end up on the street begging for someone else's money. 😊

You can create non profits...or some charitable thing, deem it a religion and not get taxed
