By the way: Did you ever make a DNA-test? (I made it a few years ago because I was very excited to know which other roots of other nationalities I have without to know) 🙂

@Loretta78 no. And not likely to. They would have to make a contract that says they absolutely will not use the test for other purposes.

I highly doubt that they ever will word such a contact that way.

@RubySoo my Great Grandmother times four was called Ann and her Granddaughter was called Ann my Great Grandmother times three was called Elizabeth and her Granddaughter my Great Aunt was called Elizabeth names reoccurred my Grandmother was called Annie after her Grandmother who she resembled was Ann we have three Sylvia's in the family as well. We have 50-50 boys and girls although my Mothers ancestors the Women survived Smallpox whereas the Men didn't.

@RubySoo There you are Ann's and Margret's they are obviously names in your family I remember Edward Jenner developed the Smallpox vaccine having noticed Milk Maids who developed Cow Pox milking cows survived Small Pox I don't know but putting two and two together I imagine they were milk maids and didn't realize that saved their lives.

@DunningKruger Dad's parents were Ambrose Eugene and Almeda Frances. I don't know what they were actually called day to day.
