Starting to worry about my mental health

I should be feeling happy , I have a job , I live in a country I like I have a wife and a son ... things just seems to be getting darker I feel lonely at time even with my loves one. Tired and grumpy all the time or it feels like it . I just want to sleep !

@Pikachu is right. You're feeling like all you want to do is sleep is a big tell that you're suffering from depression. It's not surprising given what's been going on in the world. Please find a mental health counselor.

That’s basically what’s happened to me from lack of sleep and overdoing caffeine.. it kills your soul.. sleep is needed..

I can relate. It sounds like you’re depressed. I would check to see how your health and sleep is and diet then check to see if anything bad has happened in the past for you to feel depressed. I would try and get to the reason why you’re feeling this way. You can be depressed and still have everything you want. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate, I have depression and I have a job , I’m also an influencer , I have pets , I live in a decent country, I can buy almost anything I want , I’m around family a lot too and I feel lonely everyday I only really feel less lonely when clients are around , I really want to change my life even though it’s decent my mind tells me otherwise I’m never truly happy no matter what I get. Get enough sleep that really has an impact on your moods. A therapist told me that.

Well you know you best... if you feel worried then it might be time to start looking for extra help and input.. to keep you from getting lower?

Do you think you're just exhausted?. When you don't sleep for a while it builds and you get stressed and then you get down on yourself and it makes all of it worse.

julien you may think you have a perfect existence but somewhere there is an underlying problem maybe the stress of work that is making you tired
