Why do humans think it’s okay to comment on others body?

I am a prude. Before anyone tries to accuse me of anything, I never wear revealing clothing because I’m autistic and only feel comfortable when my clothes are baggy.

Anyway, I was leaving the gym earlier and had this man cat call me because of my “fat” buttocks.

I understand to modern Americans a big butt is attractive, but I get this comment a lot and I don’t understand why they think it’s appropriate to tell me. 😞 I can’t even say it’s only men. I’ve had a woman coworker comment too.

I think my history of áń0rexiä might make me extra sensitive to this. I’m heavier than I have been in years and it makes me want to die.

No, no no no no. It's not a bad thing or an insult. Please, please don't take it that way and go into another spiral. Please?

Look, here's why a big butt appeals to some people. It's indicative of a large pelvic area, which would in turn indicate the ability to bear children. As to why people think it's appropriate to tell random strangers that they have a nice аss, that's on them, not you. Their mothers never taught them how to treat a woman. And I have to say as a man, I'm embarrassed that there are so many men out there who think they're being smooth and smexy by shouting out crass remarks at random people. I think that I would get myself in legal trouble if I ever witnessed it happening.
Want to die??????????? People are NOT dissing you...........you are being noticed for good reasons........by both men and women. Enjoy the attention.
@666Maggotz Ah...........you know gay and lesbian are the same....right???

@MaBalzEsHari Then tell me, what does the L stand for in LGBT? Gay refers to men. Lesbian refers to women.

@MaBalzEsHari Is it really that hard to call someone what they want to be called?

Please don't let some folks being rude affect you in such a way. You could call them on it or just ignore them.

Please dont say that..you are perfect just like that . This breaks my heart.
It's not. I'm sorry.

Reading these comments made me realize yall don’t understand how eating disorders work
666Maggotz · F
@simjks4 and yet, another man who think they’re qualified to tell me my life experiences. Doubt you’ve ever had an ED bro. Even if you did. I have no sympathy left in me for men. Go DI E
simjks4 · 22-25, M
@666Maggotz I’m talking about the people telling you to just take it as a compliment, not you!
666Maggotz · F
@simjks4 sorry 💀 I guess I got a little defensive
TigerLili · 46-50, FVIP
Just ignore them
666Maggotz · F
@TigerLili when I was a child, I would get cat called walking home from school. I was 11. I would ignore them, until one day one attacked me. Ignoring doesn’t help.

@Fishy it doesn’t really change the fact that it makes me uncomfortable
Fishy · 36-40, F
@666Maggotz yeah true, I guess.

But you cant really control what others say or do, unfortunately 😞
666Maggotz · F
@Fishy but I can control how I respond. The theory is that I can make them so uncomfortable they won’t do it to another person.
