@Jenny1234 And then employees turn down completely fine hard workers because they dont have the experience that they cant possibly have until they've been given the chance to work to get that experience. Sometimes it feels like there is an intentional collapsing of industry.

@Justenjoyit absolutely true. when i tried to correct some of the office staff (i've been at my company a long time) one of the other managers (who hasn't been there that long) told me i complained too much. i tried telling him it's constructive criticism and i'm trying to teach them something from my experience there. now i keep my mouth shut and shit happens and the owner then gets wind of something i could have corrected...even though it's not my job. when that happens then it just makes their job more difficult.
