how old does one have to be to have common sense?

so a new, younger person started a warehouse job today. as i am training him he's talking on his phone. not just a quick conversation but quite a bit of the day. he's speaking in a different language. do some people not know how wrong that is?

I’ve been there. Girl at work spends 90% of her time in personal calls even when ur trying to talk to her about work. She puts down her call and acts like I’m really inconveniencing her

@Jenny1234 And then employees turn down completely fine hard workers because they dont have the experience that they cant possibly have until they've been given the chance to work to get that experience. Sometimes it feels like there is an intentional collapsing of industry.
