@HootyTheNightOwl maybe he did see it and fainted 🤔
@NerdyPotato Or we have a speechless Dutchman for once??? 🤔🤔🤔
Adeptlinguist · M
I got blocked simply for asking someone in the UK if they had a twin sister in Canada.
Weird.
I mean, the photos looked identical so I can’t think what was wrong with asking 🤔

@Degbeme 🤣😆

It means you hit a nerve. Watch out for a new profile soon.
@Lugwho she's one of the European ones I believe
Lugwho · 61-69, M
@AbsolutelyFabulous I'm pretty certain. The sort of post you commented on usually comes out towards the end of a profile, though I think they're all still active, just not used.
There are soooo many possible meanings, starting with the reason a lot of women accuse them in the first place. But I digress. 😌
ElwoodBlues · M
I have two possible guesses:
(1) your accusation is correct
(2) your accusation is wrong
(1) your accusation is correct
(2) your accusation is wrong

If I actually believed it was a woman I'd call her a tuna fish 🐠
More accurate for...reasons

The worst catfish story I've ever heard this guy worked for a security company that I was a supervisor for and he kept always wanting to get an advance on his paycheck and it fill out the paperwork so we give it to him come to find out he was sending her close to 3,000 a month and he never so much as talk to her on the phone. We finally as his friends said listen if she truly loves you or anything you need something real you have sent her more than enough money that she could have bought a car and driven here. I left the company soon after that so I don't know what the eventual outcome was but we kept trying to convince him that she was a scam
@dale74 omg, he was a bit foolish 😕
dale74 · M
@AbsolutelyFabulous boss and I were like man I can set him up with this porn star send him all the photos he wants he will still never meet her but hey my bank will be happy I have lots of money finally....
NerdyPotato · M
It means you were correct. 😁
slorollin · 41-45, M
Im gonna say you got that one right 🤣
SJones48 · 41-45, M
I don’t even know what being a catfish means
@SJones48 it means the person is pretending to be something that they aren't
MrAverage1965 · 61-69, M
They probably are
Northwest · M
That they're a catfish?
Ontheroad · M
I'd say you nailed that catfish to the wall.
thepreposterouspanda · 36-40, M
@thepreposterouspanda exactly 😆🤣
MorticiaAdamms · 31-35
I would take it as a yes. A normal response would be denial, and proof of ID offered in some way. Evasion indicates they have something to hide so go into full on lockdown mode

Pluck a nerve did ya? 🤣

You’ve proven they’re thin skinned - for whatever that’s worth…
So, if you’re correct, you’ve basically saved a man from himself. 🤷🏼♂

DHggmu · 31-35, M
It seems you may be right, but you also may have made yourself a target for their alternate accounts to harass, depending how sad this person is.
@DHggmu yes, probably and it's true that I have been randomly harassed this week
SUPERVlXEN · F
It could most likely mean one of two:
1) They are in fact a catfish
2) They don't want to waste time on some random stranger telling them they're a catfish
It's all about circumstances.

It means you were probably right
@dale74 I think so

@AbsolutelyFabulous I had a friend that fell for a catfish once he drove halfway across the country to go meet her teach her how to scuba dive and all that kind of stuff only to be given the address of the dollar store he decided to make the best of it so he still went to scuba diving while he was there it's been about 3 days scuba diving and then headed back home.
RSquared · 61-69, M
I don't know. I've never fished these waters.
FreestyleArt · 36-40, M
They ain't worth a time to figure that out.
Means you hit the homerun

Catfish!!! 😧
HannahSky · F
They feel offended lol
@HannahSky yes
OneDayMore · 36-40, M
It probably means they’re intimidated by your hotness?
bijouxbroussard · F
I’ve never seen you arbitrarily accuse someone of that, so you were probably right.
I blocked a new person who was messaging me and had never spoken to me in the public areas. They called me a catfish because only my friends can see personal photos.

@bijouxbroussard people are strange in dms, I try my best to avoid them mostly

It means they have one less to fool
