No such question. No such phrase as "a women".

@Birdman666 Yes, it is perfectly normal to know a woman (singular), but the word women is plural and cannot follow the singular a. Please don't treat those two words as if they are interchangeable when it is obvious they are not.

Condoleezza Rice.
Stacey Abrams.
Dino11 · M
Mrs. Obama for one
DearAmbellina2113 · 41-45, F
Michelle Obama
Besides members of my family, Michelle Obama, Barbara Lee, Alice Walker
DownTheStreet · 51-55, M
Candace Owens (bring on the haters…)
@DownTheStreet I understand the kind of people who like her, even while I disagree. We had Ward Connerly, who was popular with the same sort of folks. 🤨
@DownTheStreet Trolling?

Lucy Parsons and Harriet Tubman.
@basilfawlty89 Lucy Parsons has an asterisk for some in our community because she chose to "pass". For others, she was a product or her times.
While historians cite her Black background, she herself did not claim this as part of her identity publicly. She spoke about Black Americans in a sympathetic, ambiguous manner, not acknowledging herself as belonging to that community.[6] She instead acknowledged her Mexican and Native American heritage.
