I was in Nassau County, NY.....at a doctor appointment and at home.
One of the people who lost his life was someone I’d known since he was 6 years old....he was 30 when he died., and had recently had his first child.

I was working at the university in a dorm and the coordinator came out and said that a plane had gone into one of the Twin Towers, he saw it on the TV in his office. I followed him back into his office area and watched just as the 2nd plane went into the building. I looked at him and said “That’s not an accident, that’s terrorism”.

In my office near a NASA center. Soon after the second plane hit, we gathered in the conference room for prayer: Christian, Jew, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, and others.

I was home with my back to the TV on my computer when the news came on about the attack. I saw the second plane hit live.

I woke up late that morning. I had worked overtime the night before. The radio host was talking about an airplane that had hit the World Trade Center. I got up and turned on the TV and watched the second airplane hit the other tower. Then I went to work.

On holiday in "centre parks" The other time I was there was 1987 when a massive hurricane hit the UK. I decided it's best I avoid there as a holiday destination!

I was sitting in my home, watching the news after getting the kids up and moving on the way to school. I was watching the news as the second aircraft hit the WTC.

I was at work but I saw it on the news that morning. My hub's uncle actually called us to tell us to watch the news.

At Hurlburt Field in Florida, we were put on Alert almost immediately after the attacks.

I am in Australia and the first attack happened at 10:46PM.. I did not find out about it till the next morning..
