I just had a brilliant idea for a YouTube channel. Too bad I'm not comfortable with public speaking, even online...

You know all those "American Reacts To ..." channels? The ones where an American gets their mind blown by the simplest things Europe? Turns out there don't seem to be any "European Reacts To American Reacts To ..." channels. 🤯

Except of course for the Irish girl reacts channel, and those two brits, and those other two brits, and those two brits that are such chuckle heads they make the average American look intelligent and high class…and those are just the ones I’ve accidentally come across over the years without trying.

But I’m sure those are all there are 😋

Oh, and the occasional vid from Simon Whistler that are “things (insert country) thinks are totally normal that the rest of the world finds weird”

But I’m sure that the last of them 🤭
@Zaphod42 I have no idea who those are... But I searched and couldn't find any. A few European Reacts To, but they react to original videos. The search results included no channels dedicated to reacting to Americans reacting to videos.

@NerdyPotato Oh wait, I just caught your double reaction idea…my bad. You’re right, I haven’t seen a Europe reacts to American reactions video…that’s new 😂

I'm ok with talking, but not showing my face. Maybe we could figure something out?

@SW-User I've done something with my channel. I'm also a bit camera shot, but thanks to the growing trend of vtubers (YouTubers who have an avatar instead of showing their faces), I can use my life-size Shadowfire doll as my avatar, and people just kind of go along with it. It's great.
@LordShadowfire what software do you use to create your avatar?
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@NerdyPotato I actually have several. I use Bing AI to do a lot of the raw artwork, and then I edit out the backgrounds and anything uncanny using Background Eraser for Android before using Meme Generator Pro for Android to insert the avatar into various situations. I also sometimes use Lumenor to fine-tune the images so they don't look so obviously photoshopped.

But my baby, the thing I'm most proud of in these efforts, is this handsome fella:
As you can see from this raw photo, I still have to edit the face a bit so it's not obvious that it's just a Halloween skeleton covered in cloth.

They probably watched too much American tv already.
Two words for you : AI avatar.
@greensnacks that would help indeed. My reactions, voiced and shown by AI. I may look into that. 😁

I have a channel idea like every other day but cant put my face on video. I hate the way i look on video. So yea. No channel
@JaggedLittlePill a channel idea every other day is impressive. But being unable to put your face on video is relatable...
I think its because the whole world has gotten used to how screwed up the American system is.... and we arent shocked by it so much any more.

We just stand back, and watch it slowly destroy its people.

Its like watching a corpse get eaten by ants in timelapse . Its the way it is, and there aint nothing we can do about it. 🤷‍♀️

Its incredibly sad really.

How is this not already a genre?
@LordShadowfire I know! I was honestly surprised I couldn't find any of that yet.
