and the email was a mistake. She never should’ve emailed the customer. What she told her was wrong, and told the customer they made a mistake. When that wasn’t the case. There is a problem with our system. It wasn’t hard for me to check that.

I just went ahead and called the customer and fixed it with them. But why not check what you’re saying? If it happened to me I would’ve been frustrated that bringing up a concern was blamed on me, and not order from that company any more.

Sorry… I’m just frustrated… 😏

@itsok I don't understand why at the end of the sentence. I use it as a pause or when I feel like I didn't finish the first thought and switched to another.

@ImpeccablyImperfect do you do it when you’re pausing for effect, or are you adding it to the end of sentences that don’t need trailing off?
