Can anyone explain this to me?…

I can understand to show trailing off after a hmm. Or even the “well hell.” But what about after the “I copied you on an email”? What does it mean?!
Why is it in every message?

My sister does it always to show going to next thought. It to let me know she's thinking. Like i can see she stopped typing or that she typed"..." so I'd know

@Bexsy so an ellipsis to show there’s more? I get that. But the email thing I just don’t get. There was nothing else.
@itsok this person doesn't know how to elaborate. So she copied you to an email and? I guess she thinks that's all information you're getting. and. Not very professional. Hope this isn't a business

@Bexsy she OWNS the business 😵
and the email was a mistake. She never should’ve emailed the customer. What she told her was wrong, and told the customer they made a mistake. When that wasn’t the case. There is a problem with our system. It wasn’t hard for me to check that.

I just went ahead and called the customer and fixed it with them. But why not check what you’re saying? If it happened to me I would’ve been frustrated that bringing up a concern was blamed on me, and not order from that company any more.

Sorry… I’m just frustrated… 😏
@itsok oh wow. You should be frustrated. Sounds like the owner has zero clue and just needs to step away and let those who know what they're doing, do their job.
