What allows you to send messages or make posts?

Because you are a newbie, and the odds are you are either a bot, underaged (given the time of year) or an alt...so the site limits you for a period of time. And if people have their account settings set to prevent random messages from unknown people, it is held in limbo until they reply, if they ever do.

It's a safety rule designed to prevent multiple messages.

It means wait until your correspondent has replied - so how long you wait depends on them.

You also can't send photos on your first post if you are the one opening the conversation.

Just update to VIP and you won't have to worry about that!!!! 6 months is like $15

No idea. I use PMs relatively rarely. Apparently the restrictions are to do with how many new people you try messaging within a short time? 🤔

If you semd one you need a reply before you can send pics. Is that why? You keep wanting to send nudes? 🤨

I think it's to limit trolls and fakes. After a while you'll get more privileges. I don't know how long it takes though but probably not too long.
