if you message someone I nice message kinda long and they just say hi back and then you message more and they dont even answer what does that mean usuallys?

It likely means they’re not interested. A lot of people don’t reply to that initial "hi", if there’s been no previous conversation in the public area.

It means you are being annoying and acting like you have a connection when you really don't.

It means they're either too busy or just not interested. Basically it means give up either way.
