Is there any one who used to be a member of Experience Project?

The majority of us are from EP (Experience Project) I was only there for about 5/6 months before they took it away. In that short amount of time I did make a lot of friends. Have only been in touch with one on Similar Worlds and she is rarely on here. Harder to make friends on SW for some reason.

Same!! I feel like there isn't enough people on SW, it feels like only a shell of what EP used to be. I don't understand why people have such issues with the fact that EP had a lot of trolls, like if you encounter one, just move on and ignore them, I dont understand why it's such a big deal for people. Personally, as someone who spent many years on that site, I met and made friends with many amazing people, and I was able to open up so much, and so many people helped me in so many different ways. Gosh that website was something else.

Yes, I used to be and I guess this is "kinda" like a replacement for that. A general social site for people to vent, share, or be inquisitive.

I would say that most people here came from experience project prior to coming here. Although it seems that quite a few people were here before experience project closed down.

Me 🙂 I don't miss the website per say, but I miss how much more social it seemed to be and also I have some good memories from that site

I was for many years. I see some responses here "Harder to make friends" and "Not as socialable".........While this site is nice and the bells and whistles are an added bonus, they messed up by the ability to see who visited your profile. Many like to peruse profiles to find interesting people but it must be done with extreme caution as many will call you out, block etc. It is the biggest flaw of the site and the results are not as warm and fuzy as EP was.
