Here's the outdoor outfit. It was -11 C but there was no wind and the sun came out, there are just a few high clouds left,

@ReneeT It was taken at about 12:30, about a kilometre north of my house in Norway, 150 metres from the ferry ramp. Just below 60 degrees north latitude. It's warmer today, should be about -7 C by the same time of day.

@turbineman40 Unfortunately it's not every day :-(
According to my mobile my long term average is 5 214 steps per day and the average for the last week is only 4 791. On Wednesday I only did 646! But on Tuesday I did 8 044 :-)

@being I think the day will be good enough but probably not beautiful. It's -13 C and total cloud cover at the moment, But it is almost perfectly still and the clouds are up high so we might get some sun later.

I'll bet your weather is a lot warmer!

It is a great achievement you did something that your body didn't want you to do and you over came it. Keep going you'll double and triple that time in a week. Exercise is the only anti-ageing drug that is scientifically proven to slow down and even reverse some of the aspects of ageing and reduces your chances of dying.
