Have you ever read a blog post or article where they were all like:

Anyone expressing themselves in those terms is not a professional. No need to read the small print to see that.

Only "like"?

Statements like those are funny even without the disclaimer!

If they took the trouble to read - not just see - professionally-written advertisements, packaging blurb, etc. they would know how to make both claim and disclaimer in the same few words that stress the claim while hinting at the truth!
