It does sting, but someone removing you doesn’t take away who you are. You’re still kind, still genuine, still worth keeping around.

The right people won’t need constant contact to stay connected to you. 🫂💙

I remind myself that being kind doesn’t guarantee being kept.

Some people leave quietly, not out of harm, but because paths drift, perhaps.

And correct it still stings… but I’d rather feel that sting than lose the part of me that shows up with compassion anyway.

It caused some certain distress for my friend and myself
