@chrisCA Possibly, but I am thinking it's more than that, the company that developed the platform was known for spyware in their other ventures.My IT guy immediately stated this was a bad BAD idea for people to be on.

@morrgin The nationality of the CEO is pure deflection. The corporation as a whole is owned by the Chinese government. They can sell it to a Singaporean subject and it won't be banned.

Similarly, S. Nadella is Indian and that doesn't make Microsoft an Indian company.
