Never been there.
Doesn't appeal to me from all I've seen and heard.

Nobody's questioning Google's motives for exactly the same thing though.
Nor Facebook's ownership of so much western social media.

@Hanginginthere ....because Meta does exactly the same for U.S. 'intelligence agencies' ?
That accusation has been around since they bought out YouTube and started cancelling anti government posts

@Picklebobble2 that may be true but as I understand how they put it, the concern is how china is spying on us through the app whereas china can’t do that through fb or Instagram 🤷🏾‍♂️ either way it doesn’t matter to me as I don’t use tik tok
