"multiple violations" yet their account still exists...how many strikes do we get here? ...and to be honest their posts were pretty raunchy.

You have to screw up pretty often to get banned. Either that or make a really humongous screw up. In my case, I had 57 reports before I was put on warning but most of my offenses were talking smack to people. Like cussing them out or whatever.
