@DeluxedEdition I have an account with a supplier up here in Canada. They have gel capsules that have very defined doses..if i want to relax, i take 2, get a big buzz 3, passout 4..

I usually take two and listen to nusic. They take 45 min to an hour to completely kick in. I can send you a picture of the bottle. They're really good. Again, ususualy when I'm on my own and want to shut the world out for a while..

@DeluxedEdition Yeah I know. I take them for enjoyment but also for pain management, they work for me, but I'd not be capable of jumping in a car or working during this time... Sorry about your arthritis, I know people that take cbd with mixed results. I've tried but thc for me is the way to go..
I can suggest dosage, however, a lot depends on body mass and of course what else you might me taking. Enjoy the weekend!
