I had a great aunt that could have fit that description. She was awesome and everyone in the family loved her. She had lots of cats. Not sure how she truly felt about her life but she always made everyone smile.

Marriage isn’t everything. I have learned to live very well without it.

Don’t hunt for pearls in a pigsty.
If you can’t find love, perhaps you’re searching in the wrong places. Go somewhere new. Do something unfamiliar. Meet people who see the world differently. But above all, reshape yourself—because the love you seek may first require the person you’re becoming.

I would think this way many many years ago. But God is the best planner.

With that mindset, you certainly will. You're always always so negative & you need to change that.

@Tumbleweed It has been said, "No question we all have problems, the question is, what are we doing to improve?"

I would imagine if someone REALLY wanted to date or be in love, they would work towards that.

What is it that makes you think that?

Anytime I hear the word "spinster" it makes me imagine a female mafia member or some lady wearing a zoot suit.
