We dont have plastic anymore. You get a paper bag for free or a canvas bag for $1.

If you order groceries they put them in canvas bags and your forced to pay for all of them.

I think its incentive to just go to the store like a normal person.

Where I live, we don't get plastic bags anymore. It's either paper or reusable ones that you must purchase at checkout.

In San Francisco I participated in the "Plarn Initiative".

They make strips of the plasic bags then they are woven together to make mats.

Given to the homeless as makeshift bedding.

I used them for trash bags. Now that they are illegal I have to buy trash bags. Just so some politicians can pretend they care about anything but themselves.
