Im working from home and often get burnouts. How many times should I treat myself or go out in a month?

Go out as often as you have the energy, but avoid spending much money most days. Instead, go out for workouts. Check out some places around your city you've never seen before. Look for local events on MeetUp and hell, just google 'em. Volunteer if your heart is into it. Spending money is great too, but spending money as a response to stress can become a bad habit that damages your finances long-term.

Also, take a bath every once in a while. It's easy to forget how healing simple things like that can be. <3
Go out daily, like 3 times a day minimu. Also, dont worl long hours, what you did is enough even if you think its not... I used to work from home, and it destroyed my health.

Take some intermittent breaks.

I've been WFH for a year and a half (was hybrid before that). I'm constantly up and moving about because I can't sit still too long. I'd say I'm doing something every hour or so. I take the dog out, feed the cat, wash some dishes, laundry, etc. It's the same as being in the office, where I would visit a neighbor, get coffee, go outside for a vape.

The worse thing for me is I vape too much at home.

I would say go out daily. I am not someone who can just stay home 24/7.

Reward yourself with little treats everyday
Go for walks in early morning.
