Go out daily, like 3 times a day minimu. Also, dont worl long hours, what you did is enough even if you think its not... I used to work from home, and it destroyed my health.

@SW-User I gained 20kg for 3 years wfh :( btw is that 3 times a month?

@sugarpie 3 times a day.. just go outside walk, enjoy the sun.
I had gained 10 lbs during covid. I felt like shit.. wake up 5 mins before starting work and working till 11pm at night. It became my whole life. Even ended up getting high cholestorol. And ruined any sense of discipline and routine.
I ended up cleaning my diet, getting a new job (more active), lost 10 lbs of fat.
Now i go to the gym.. put on 15 pounds of muscle and reduced fatigue..
Take care of yourself. Your physical and mental health is more important.

@sugarpie definitely figure out a way to change your situation. You wont realize how unhappy you are until you change.
Your home should be somewhere you can go and relax while leaveing worl outside. Bringing it home is a psychological nightmare
