@AngelUnforgiven yeah it felt like burning books..i had a lot of poetry and such there..and many friends i lost.

@foldedunfolding he was reported enough from what he said to me, harassment of another user and some wildly inappropriate dead baby photos I fortunately didn't see because he was already autoblocked that he got booted from the site.

I didnt think you were being a bad friend on purpose, I figured the algorithms just didn't show my posts to you. I know some of my favorite friends here I OFTEN don't see their posts unless someone else comments or I go specifically to their pages.

My dad passed about a month and a half ago and man, dealing with my siblings over how to manage what to do with all his things 🙃 - when I have radically different views than them has been a huge test of my resilience, patience, and ability to let go of things.

@foldedunfolding mine probably isn't as bad, they are overt narcissists but don't care enough about anyone else to be sneaky backstabbers about it, they are predictable once you abandon all hope of some kind of shared morality

@plungesponge yeah mine are covert..i am not a fan of belittling other peoples' abuse experiences..so if it was hard to YOU, know that i SEE that and HONOR your experience. I will say, however, that covert narcs are a different breeeeeed, man.

@foldedunfolding Yes I think I came across them before and they are way worse. Overt are basically cartoon character bad guys, it's easier to decide if they're worth the contact or not... Covert narcissists twist you inside...to me it's like they have half a person inside but it's still serving a raging narcissist, I genuinely think they suffer, but only alleviate the rage by destroying others
