church is the most lonely place i know of...after 15 years they still dont know my name.

just another social club with cliques. a group was waiting at front door to tell Pops happy birthday...it's not until Dec.

the churches ive been have all been super friendly, they ask your name and sometimes your role
(that bits a little embarrassing for me as i generally dont have an answer)
Can't you change congregation and attend services at a different church where the people are friendlier?

Most of them are full of cliques, if you don’t belong to one you’re basically invisible.

You're definitely in the wrong church.

@Bang5luts I started out in a Mennonite church because my mom was raised there. Then I ended up in a Brethren church. Visited Pentecost, Methodist, Baptist, and ended up right back in the Brethren.

@Tumbleweed I've been raised around mormans (kids I went to school with) raised in a non denominational church, Nazarene, baptist and now still looking.

@Bang5luts Oh, yes, I've visited the Nazarine as well
