Debatable. The more rural the area, the more expensive it seems to be though over all.

@Khenpal1 I've lived all over this country. Extreme rual as well as mega cities.
Khenpal1 · M
@DeWayfarer maga types ?
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@Khenpal1 even that. Texas and Wyoming.
Sapio · 51-55, M
I'd rather live on the outskirts of a big city. I like having all the amenities.
WildBill4570 · 26-30, M
I live in a small town, love it!
H1raeth · 41-45, M
In the city. I live in the burbs right now but I just love the hustle and bustle of a busy city. And you can order food more easily.
BlueVeins · 26-30
Small city. That way you have enough amenities to enjoy and enough disposable income to enjoy them.
bijouxbroussard · F
I’ve always been a "city mouse", and I love it. The closest I came was the summers I spent with my grandparents in their neighborhoods, but I don’t think many people live like that anymore. I envy the way my parents described their childhoods in their communities.
Small town - always a bliss.
FreddieUK · 70-79, M
I live in a small town (24,000) near a medium sized city. It's just right.
Sidewinder · 36-40, M
Between those two choices alone, I'd say a small town.
But if there was a third option, I'd choose the countryside or a small rural village.

I live in a large city ans like (or need) the services it provides. However, I like the suburban space, rather than living in the inner city itself..😷
mainvane · 61-69, M
have country home with a Walmart and hospital within ten miles😋
Roundandroundwego · 61-69

A big town.
Snowbirdfan2 · 36-40, M
I was raised in a city of over 100 000 people which I guess it small to people living
in a city with a million or 2 million or more people but I have also lived in smaller citys
I prefer small community just not to small.

Depends on where it would be located, if a small town, how far from a bigger city it is, would I live in a house or an apartment? If in a big city, at the outskirts or the city center? If a small town, by the sea, surrounded by the woods, in a desert, in the nowhere at a flatlands in the middle of the fields?
Too many questions.
Too many questions.
Justmeraeagain · 56-60, F
I would rather live out in the woods in a cabin away from other people.
Starcrossed · 46-50, F
Small town on Lake Superior, or suburbs of a mid sized city.
AdmiralPrune · 46-50, M
Small town.
SlapHappy · 36-40, M
A burb or small town near enough to a big city
Musicman · 61-69, M
I actually prefer the suburbs. I like being close to the amenities of a big city, but still have a nice size lot.
HumanEarth · F
Neither, deep country far away from people where cellphones and WiFi don't work
kodiac · 26-30, M

kodiac · 26-30, M
@HumanEarth Beautiful ,both houses in my pick are part of the farm.
Gingerbreadspice · F
Small town but mine is big enough. It’s a coastal town, North Sea directly West of Netherlands in England UK. People don’t realise we exist 😂.
PinkStarburst · 56-60, F
@Gingerbreadspice This sounds like heaven
ShenaniganFoodie · M
It's small but takes in both sides of the lake which makes it bigger

I associate small towns with incest and racism so I prefer the big city
WildBill4570 · 26-30, M
@Selah no idea where you live, but stay there
noexpectations1 · 46-50, M
@Selah burn crosses every weekend too
FreestyleArt · 36-40, M
Small town. Too much distractions in a big city that don't mean anything anymore. Nothing to do
Virgo79 · 61-69, M
No town at all for me.
Khenpal1 · M
between , but close to big town,
SleepingWithGhosts · 46-50, M
A big city. I could disappear and fade into nothing.
Elessar · 31-35, M
Small town near big city
ArtieKat · M
In my teens I hated living in a small town where everyone knew everyone else's business so at 18/19 I moved to London and loved it - but as I neared 30 I moved further and further out of the centre, ending up in a small town similar to the one where I grew up.
Desertteddesert · 31-35, M
I'd go crazy in a small Inky dinky village type SHITTAAA
DareToSayIT · M
I appreciate the charm of a small town, but exclude the ones where everyone knows your name and your business. That isn't a neighborhood; it's just a breeding ground for gossip.
peterlee · M
Not in a village. You are watched, and the gossips know everyone’s business. If they don’t, they make it up.
A small town suits. Plenty of amenities. Friends you can visit.
