Just had nightmare

All the time and the feelings hang on the next day .Sometimes i wake up with nose bleeds if the dreams are real bad.

Nightmares can really affect my day, I have no idea why because as soon as I wake I know they're not real.
Weird.

Yeah sometimes I have one so bad I wake up shaking and feel nauseous. Not a good feeling even though you realize it was just a dream.

I do every now and then. They're always regarding pets or family that are no longer with me. Most of the time, it involves them being in danger or neglected and I'm helpless to stop it.

I have alot of nightmares At one point ii was afraid to go to sleep. It was a reacuring nightmare. So scary.

I had one that was dating myself. How could something so amazing turn into a nightmare.

Not usually but the past several nights i did

I get them frequently. Usually PTSD flashbacks or how violent my life is going to end.
