Just had nightmare

My heart is still beating fast and my tummy is churning. It was awful. Ughh. I hate themmmm.😧 Still have to go back to bed.Anyone get them occasionally?

I have alot of nightmares At one point ii was afraid to go to sleep. It was a reacuring nightmare. So scary.

@Coralmist Nothing works. I havent had that one for awhile. Thank god.its been gone for awhile..
