Just had nightmare

My heart is still beating fast and my tummy is churning. It was awful. Ughh. I hate themmmm.😧 Still have to go back to bed.Anyone get them occasionally?

Yeah sometimes I have one so bad I wake up shaking and feel nauseous. Not a good feeling even though you realize it was just a dream.
