My heart is still beating fast and my tummy is churning. It was awful. Ughh. I hate themmmm.😧 Still have to go back to bed.Anyone get them occasionally?

I do every now and then. They're always regarding pets or family that are no longer with me. Most of the time, it involves them being in danger or neglected and I'm helpless to stop it.
