The only thing more sad than sitting in your car in a parking lot and crying while eating

Eating is the best time to cry because at least then, you can play it off as a strategy for salting your food

Actually being sad and crying as a result is a normal thing. It shouldn't be embarrassing.

That is why I made a page of what I am thankful for. It is hard to remember that when I am sad so if I need something to take the edge of it has helped in the past!

Even more sad than that would be crying in the car and not having any food! Seriously though sending hugs 🤗

Maybe it helped him cry and grief his dead rat when he got home, you don't know what positive impact you might have on people.

the only thing sadder is [i]being[/i] that guy who obviously has nothing better to do making eye contact with you and having to watch you eating all that tasty food
