The only thing more sad than sitting in your car in a parking lot and crying while eating

is making eye contact with a stranger who sees you’re sitting in a parking lot while crying and eating

That is why I made a page of what I am thankful for. It is hard to remember that when I am sad so if I need something to take the edge of it has helped in the past!
