Probably my adaption skills. I can adapt
To new situations in life and make the best of them. I’m not usually a complainer , not without making a huge effort to change things. Also my ability to move on from things that don’t benefit me.

@Axelerator I just have a lot of self-hatred built up from my childhood and teen years that I still haven't dealt with. 😅 Ended up chronically ill and disabled at 22 which I also haven't quite dealt with. I'm in therapy and working on it though!
