What holds me back the most is myself. More specifically my disbelief that things are going to work out for me. But also the opposite of that, the fear of actually accomplishing what I want. Staying still with indecision feels safe. … But time is constantly moving forward and with it so does life. Eventually choices need to be made and if I don’t act first, Time will make the decision for me. What gets decided might be undesired. If I don’t make a decision then I also can’t want something different from what has happened…. But yes, I’m holding myself back. I don’t want to participate but I am regardless… I realize now I might as well participate first. Just take the first step in any direction that feels at its basic feeling “good”. Trust. Move. Participate. How can you participate in Life with others today?

@MissNoahLenFoxx i have the exact same problem as you! i'm terrified of change terrified of change even for the better!
for me its because i want my life to improve but i don't trust it can or if i deserve it and also want it to go down but i can't manage to screw myself over that royally.
