i don’t think it’s actually possible, you have to learn organically by going through the experience.

i think the only other way to bypass experiencing something is when someone else deters you from it, but they would have to use fear tactics to get you to not go for the experience, and that’s a sort of theft from your souls full purpose to coming here. to learning and growing.

Yes sometimes you go through something difficult that wasnt your fault and you didnt do anything wrong and it makes you realize not to do that yourself! Example would be children of alcoholic parents!!
