Could do with a little bit of advice.

Over the past few months my stomach has been getting bigger and bigger. I’m not putting weight just getting bigger. I don’t drink beer anymore and I only have one meal a day with very little snack. If anyone has any ideas on what could be happening I would be grateful

Middle age spread. Stomach muscles weaken, particularly without active exercising. One meal a day is not optimal; your body can handle several smaller meals spread out through the day more efficiently, especially as you age. But if you want a real answer, see a health professional.
