Urgent advice needed

My son is currently living with us in a very small flat with his gf, baby and dog. The dog has become very aggressive with me. He bites me every time i go into the kitchen. I thought the problem was him being inside all the time in a very small space. Taking him out more hasnt helped. He is only aggressive to me. I have always been very kind to him, let him sleep in my bed when they are away, give him treats, never ever raised a hand to him or even my voice. Today he has hurt me badly, he bit my hand and i am now unable to move it. He is a big dog of mixed breeds and is not neutered which he should be. Any advice on this would help.

My friend's use to have a Chihuahua that would all was bite my ankles when I went over to their house. At the time I got my dog fix for free and I told them about this. Their mom wanted to get a few of her dogs fix. Well one day I went over to see my friends and that little Chihuahua he is biting my ankles and I told him IF U DONT STOP I'LL CUT YOUR BALLS OFF. I guess he understood he did stop for a few months. Then he started again and I was serious I took him in and got him fix. He didn't come close to me again after that.

@smileylovesgaming what does it mean to get a dog fix?
@elafina The vet operates on the dog. Makes it impossible for him to be able to breed other dogs. Males with raging hormones cause them to be aggressive and they can attack, run away to breed females, and they can be harder to handle. Neutering males calms them. They may still want to breed if not done when they are young. Females can be spayed rendering them unable to have puppies. Most dogs are operated on at 6 months at earliest. It may also prevent some dog conditions medically as they age.
