Try paying more attention to your own sense: sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch, proprioception, thoughts and emotions.
The more you know yourself, the more you will understand others.
Our minds are never the same, but we share countless tendencies in common.
When we know ourselves, it creates empathy and we can feel the energy in others moment by moment

this was probably a situation where you said something and then due to some doubt or insecurities She thought you implied an insult. if so you can say you didn't mean to imply anything.
also beware she might be responding that way fake to manipulate you so play along to see what she is trying to get from you.

You sound as though you could be depressed.
I know this sounds crazy, but please try hugging the most beautiful tree in your area.
And, if you're not allergic, try asking dog walkers if you can pat their dogs. Most will say yes, and most dogs love it if approached gently (blink your eyes to the dog as a signal of non-aggression and friendliness). Dog owners often love to chat about their dogs. A nice way to get contact with fellow humans.
If you think you might be depressed and want to shift out of it permanently, I recommend this book,
"Breaking The Patterns Of Depression", by Michael Yapko.
I went through seven major depressions and know how debilitating and self-destructive it can get.
Yapko's advice has worked for me.

@tailboat 🤔not too be sexist as i do not mean that in any way that is the way some of the female race are . you have too be careful sometimes as you mean no harm with a comment but it can be like walking on egg shells with some girls
@smiler2012 very true
