In reality, a real man is just a male. If you are taking real man as to mean someone who fills a traditionally masculine role in western society, then I like to go by something I call the Four Ps. Though these traits are stated as being what is applicable to Real Man, they are generally for everyone. The way I wrote them is more to co-opt a term typically used by toxic masculinity to emphasize what really should be respected from traditional male stereotypes.
A real man is a Producer
A real man seeks to create, not to destroy
A real man will efficiently deconstruct and salvage when destruction is necessary - like recycling
A real man builds up whatever they encounter, be it object, concept, or person
A real man is a Protector
A real man will stand up for the basic rights of others, regardless of the identity of the other
A real man will exhaust all peaceful options before moving to violence, and will further restrict violence to the minimum necessary to the defense of self or others
A real man is a Provider
A real man seeks to provide for themselves to the best of their ability
A real man seeks to provide for their families to the best of their ability
A real man seeks to provide for their communities to the best of their ability
A real man seeks to provide for the world to the best of their ability
A real man is a Person
A real man is comprised of both mind and heart and must balance logic and emotion
A real man is not ashamed to accept help when it is needed
A real man will fail to living up to being a real man, yet they shall never stop striving

@Valentine I explained that they are for everyone in my original answer.
"Though these traits are stated as being what is applicable to Real Man, they are generally for everyone. The way I wrote them is more to co-opt a term typically used by toxic masculinity to emphasize what really should be respected from traditional male stereotypes."
