It's not a simple yes/no answer, it really depends on the personalities involved.
There's a young woman in my office (just gone 21) who is very mature, quiet and not a party type girl, who would be great for someone like me who isn't looking for a wild time.
But there's women in their 30s who still eant to party, and men older than me who are still mentally adolescent boys.
