Anyone have any ideas on how to stop snoring

keeping the wife up at night and need to stop snoring thoughts?

What's your BMI (body mass index). If it's not within the standard range, you need to lose weight.

Regardless, you should try getting a sleep study done. This could be done at home (they send you home with a device).

If you can't do that, then either set up a second bedroom, or get some surgery. Does she snore? She may not be aware of it, neither are you.

Weight loss

@SW-User TRUTH. My husband’s snoring increased proportionately with his weight gain.

Probably the best advise. Just don’t want to admit I need to lose weight. Lol

Don’t need to admit anything, just lose it@duker

Sleep study. A lot of people who snore have sleep apnea

If you’re overweight, losing some pounds helps. Also, NO alcohol for at least a few hours before bed. That is a major contributor to snoring.

Not sure which is harder losing the weight or losing the alcohol. Lol@BellaLocura

This works for me and may not work for anyone else. However I fold up a medium sized towel and tuck it underneath my chin. Obviously this will not work if you roll around a lot, which I do not.
I saw a commercial on TV about a pillow that's supposed to stop snoring.

Do you know what the name of the pillow was@BaldAndBold
@duker no, but it vibrates when you start to snore to jostle you a bit. Let me see if I can find the name of it.
Edit: it's called Smart Nora.

Drown yourself in bathtub of Nyquil. Or a breathrite strip. Whichever is easier.

Don’t know that I want to drug myself. Maybe the breathrite strips. Thanks@Sicarium
