Anyone have any ideas on how to stop snoring
keeping the wife up at night and need to stop snoring thoughts?

This works for me and may not work for anyone else. However I fold up a medium sized towel and tuck it underneath my chin. Obviously this will not work if you roll around a lot, which I do not.
